All cards to be shown when making purchases at Trading.
ALL members MUST complete and sign the renewal form available from the link below and take completed to the Trading Shed or by post with a stamped SAE.
If you wish to receive your Bulletin by post, there is an additional charge of £7

Hutton Horticultural Society holds the following data about each of its Members and HHS Managed Allotment Holders:-
1. Name(s).
2. Postal address.
3. Contact details; one or more of landline phone number, mobile phone number or email address.
4. Plot number (if applicable).

These data are physically and electronically securely stored and available only to serving Officers and Committee members where appropriate.

Each person is entitled to see his or her own entry.

The Society itself uses this information to contact you to inform you of its activities over the year including trading offers, talks, administration of rents and annual general meetings. We are also required to keep full details to allow use of the Trading Shed by members only. If we are unable to store this information, legally you cannot be a member of HHS.

The Association does have dealings with third parties (insurers and national allotment associations where applicable) that require basic personal information (name, address, preferred form of contact) to be passed to them if required.

Your data will not be passed on to any other third party without your prior permission.

The data will be securely deleted two years after you have left Hutton Horticultural Society.
