Annual Dinner

**New date**

Please put in your diary Friday 30th October

This is the new date for our annual dinner. It is hoped that we will be able to go ahead with our dinner with a ‘Halloween feel’.

Please put the date in your diary and it will be something to look forward to when we are all able to meet again.

Sadly we have made the decision to cancel/postpone the Talks, Dinner and Mini Plant sale as per the Government guidelines

During these unprecedented times, our thoughts are first and foremost with everyone keeping safe at this time and in the future. With the cancellation this year of our Autumn Show, we have turned to technology to enable our members to have a little fun and lighten the mood. This is your chance to show and share what you have grown/created.

We are delighted to provide you with the mini‐schedule for our “Virtual Show 2020”.  The concept is simple, each member will choose a class(s) they wish to enter, (ONLY ONE ENTRY PER CLASS) stage the exhibit at home, photograph the exhibit and submit the entry via email to:

Should you not be able to photograph/email your entry then contact Louise on 07801 828031 or at the above email address who will arrange for your entry to be photographed and submitted on your behalf.

Each email must contain the members name/address and class no. you wish to enter.

Judging of the show will be completed virtually by reviewing the photo of each exhibit by an experienced judge.

Best entry in each class will be awarded a £3.00 HHS Voucher when 2 or more entries are exhibited.

All entries close on Friday 18th September 2020 @ 11:59pm
